A lady who delays her Tawaaf-e-Ziyyaarat beyond sunset of the 12^th of Zil Hajj due to her menses or Nifaas will not be liable for a Damm.

Ensure that the departure date for one’s home country from Makkah allows one enough time to complete Tawaaf-e-Ziyyaarat and Tawaaful Wida.  It is highly recommended that one makes her return bookings after 21^st of Zil Hajj.  This is a safety measure in case one starts her menses on the 10^th of Zil Hajj, (the allowable day for Tawaaf-e-Ziyyaarat), and continue having them for a full ten days and ten nights.

Without having performed Tawaaf-e-Ziyyaarat, her Hajj will be incomplete and she will not be able to have marital relations with her spouse for life till she performs this Tawaaf, even if it means traveling back to Saudi Arabia!
