Tawaaf-e-Umrah

 

 

CONTRAVENTION

(JINAAYAAT)

PENALTY (JAZAA)

a.

To perform even one circuit of this Tawaaf in a state Haidh, Nifaas, Janaabat or without Wudhu.

b.

To default Umrah.

Note

1.      To repeat this Tawaaf after becoming ceremonially pure will not necessitate the stipulated penalty.

 

2.     The penalty here is unlike that in Hajj, where a Budnah is Waajeeb.
