1. If due to circumstances one is not able to fulfil a Jazaa that has resulted from a Jinaayaat being committed deliberately, then it remains obligatory on that person to fulfil it later when one has the means; one does not have the option to fast as compensation.
2. It is not permissible to give the equivalent amount in cash for the Damm of a Jinaayaat.
3. In the case where one is given the option of Damm or feeding the needy, then the equivalent amount in cash may be given as compensation for Damm.
4. There is no Jazaa for a Muhrim who quarrels, fights or uses abusive language; however, he will be sinful.
5. There is no Jazaa for a Muhrim who combs or grooms his hair, without any falling of hair; however, he will be sinful due to the act of combing.
6. The Jazaa upon the Qaarin who has committed a Jinaayaat before he has performed the Umrah is doubled because he has assumed two Ihraams.
7. However, if a Qaarin bypasses the Meeqat without donning the Ihraam, then only one Damm becomes Waajeeb.
