Note
1.
If one leaves Muzdalifah
on 10th Zil Hajj for Mina before the time
of Fajr
begins, and
returns before Fajr
time commences, then the sin
and penalty both fall away.
2. Womenfolk and the elderly are allowed to proceed to Mina from
Arafaat,
without stopping in Muzdalifah,
if they fear the huge rush.
This does not
result in a penalty, nor is it sinful.
