Note
1.
If a Muhrim asks
another Muhrim to remove lice from the formers
body, or
asks him to kill them,
or
removes it himself and
gives to
another person to kill, then the penalties will be
as
stated in
item
(a),
(b)
and
(c).
2.
If the clothes
were washed, (or put in the sun), and consequently the
lice died, then there will be no Jazaa
if one's intention was of washing or drying the clothes, and not of killing the lice.
