CONTRAVENTION
(JINAAYAAT)
PENALTY (JAZAA)
To wear clothes dyed in saffron or safflower for a day or a night.
Damm
To wear such clothes as in (a) for less than a day or a night.
Complete Sadaqah
To wear clothes which are much incensed for a day or a night.
To wear such clothes as in (c) for less than a day or a night.
To wear such clothes which are not as much incensed as in (c).
